- We ship from Ontario, Canada and ship within 48 hours of your orders submission, between Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
- Once your order has been shipped, you will immediately be notified via email that includes a tracking number
- Standard delivery is approximately 3-8 business days from shipping. Please consider this and shipping delays that are out of our control if you are ordering for a specific event date
- We ship to P.O box addresses using postal service only
- Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING | DUTIES & TAXES
- We temporarily do not ship outside of Canada and the US
- US & International orders may be subject to custom clearance procedures
- Custom fees, duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Refusal to pay the duties or taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned back to us at the customer's expense
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
